The informal parties and socializing events are a popular part of WebhostingDay. In 2009, there will actually be three evening events as well as a complementary brunch on the last day.
Come2Gether for Sponsors
Even before the official opening of the event, we invite all partners on the evening of March 17 to a Come2Gether, in order to make first contacts and drink a toast to a successful WebhostingDay. All this, of course, in an appealing ambience with select catering.
ConneXion-Party
In a change from last years’ WebhostingDays, the evening of the first official event day will be the date for ConneXion Party. But as in former years, all attendants are invited to this party. Settled in the stunning surrounding of the area Deep in Africa, the visitors will be able to experience Africa’s vitality and hospitality with exotic specialities and an impressive supporting program. Because of the shift to the first evening, the visitors will have the opportunity on the second day to follow up with earlier conversations, and to build upon newly formed business relationships.

VIP-Party
On the evening of March 19 the VIP Party will be held, to which the sponsors, their VIP guests and the press have exclusive access. This event is the icing on the cake for the most important WebhostingDay guests, and is celebrated in an unforgettable setting: the Gala Dinner Show „The grooving 70s”, which combines a terrific show program with a specially created three-course menu. Fun times and fond memories for all.
BizBrunch
At the finale of WebhostingDay 2009, the partners and visitors will come together one last time for a BizBrunch. After all, the best deals are made when body and soul are both well fed, courtesy of the charming Phantasialand environment and its comprehensive catering.
